The terrace of this villa is ideal for lounging in the warm Mediterranean sun on one of the sun loungers available.

For cooling off, there is an ideal chlorine pool measuring 7 metres long and 3 metres wide, with a depth varying from 1.10 to 1.60 metres.

On the first floor there is another furnished terrace where you can enjoy delicious meals prepared on the barbecue. Going inside, the house is distributed in two floors, a first floor where the rooms are located and a ground floor where there is a living room with sofa and A/C with exit to the terrace with swimming pool, and a bathroom with shower.

The first floor begins with a second living room with two sofas and A/C, where all the guests can enjoy an evening of movies on TV.

In the same room, there is a dining table to eat the delicious dishes prepared in the ceramic hob fully equipped with the necessary cooking utensils.
