The exterior is ideal for enjoying a relaxing holiday with your companions, as it has a large garden area where you can relax in the fresh air. In the garden, you will find a shared chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 12 metres long by 4.50 metres wide and a depth of between 1.20m and 1.90m. Before entering the house, a beautiful Andalusian style patio welcomes you, offering the perfect place to relax with a good book or simply enjoy the fresh air.
The interior of the property, distributed over one floor, begins with an open plan area where you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen.
You can relax in the armchairs watching movies on the Smart TV in the evening.
When it's time to eat, you can cook delicious dishes in the ceramic hob equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay, and enjoy the delicious food with your companions at the dining table.
As for the rooms, the house has two bedrooms.
The first is equipped with a double bed and the second with two single beds, both with wardrobes.
A complete bathroom with shower serves the whole house.
There is a centralized A/C system so that all the rooms have A/C. Finally, there is a washing machine for your use during your stay. Carmona is a beautiful town located in Seville.
