The property has an outdoor chlorine pool measuring 7.5 metres long by 3.5 metres wide, with a uniform depth of 1.70 metres, ideal for cooling off on hot days.
Next to the pool, guests will find sun loungers for relaxing in the Mallorcan sun. The terrace also has a barbecue area under a porch that shades the table set up to enjoy outdoor meals with your companions. The rustic interior, distributed over two floors, starts with an air-conditioned living room with Smart TV, which is open to the dining room, creating a large and bright space to relax and eat with your companions.
In addition, the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils to cook delicious dishes during your stay.
There is a second very luminous room where you will find an armchair perfect to enjoy an afternoon reading a book.
To finish this ground floor, you have a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and A/C, and a complete bathroom with bathtub.
Going upstairs, you will find the two remaining bedrooms, both with a double bed and with access to the outside, one bedroom opens onto a balcony and the other onto a terrace with two hammocks, ideal for sunbathing.

Smart TV hat nicht funktioniert, wurde aber am nächsten Tag vom Gastgeber getauscht, hat dann auch geklappt.

Niet overdreven stijlvol, maar betrouwbare accommodatie die alle basisbehoeften goed vervulde in vergelijking met andere plekken waar we in de buurt verbleven. Het vriendelijke personeel maakte ons verblijf nog aangenamer.

Arriving late was easy because everything was welcoming and ready. The rooms were spacious for our group, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable on warm nights. It was nice to relax by the pool on sun loungers.
