The flat is located in a nice urbanization with beautiful gardens and a community chlorinated swimming pool.

The pool measures 25 x 10 metres, has a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.20 metres and includes a 0.50 metre deep area where the youngest members of the family can cool off.
