The exteriors feature a private chlorine pool, an exterior shower, sun loungers for sunbathing and a furnished porch where you can make a BBQ with friends.
There's an old well which formerly provided the house with water, but actually it's dried up. The 7.5mx 3.5m pool has a depth ranging from 1.2m x 1.8m and a staircase lead you to a furnished terrace, where you can eat al-fresco. From the terrace, you have direct access to the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils so that you can cook just as you would at home.
The modern and comfortable living-dining room features satellite television with German channels only.
A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
On this floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Upstairs, you will find a third bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a terrace.
If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
A fan and radiators are also available.
In addition, the living-dining room and all the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Llubi is a small town located in the centre-north of Mallorca, about 15 minutes (by car) away from the coast and beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina and Puerto de Alcúdia. The centre of Llubi offers a grocery shop, restaurants and cafés. In the evening you can take a nice stroll through the cobbled streets, maybe accompanied by a good glass of wine. Our guests have access to the first and the second floor, as the ground floor is closed and inhabited. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay.

Das Doppelbett war bequem und sorgte jede Nacht für erholsamen Schlaf. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne erwies sich nach langen Tagen draußen als praktisch. Die Küchenutensilien waren komplett vorhanden, sodass Kochen problemlos funktionierte. Die Terrassen waren ideale Plätze zum entspannten Essen im Freien ohne Aufwand.
