The accommodation is ideal for families or groups of friends since it features wide exterior spaces where you can relax, as well as a salted pool, sizing 6.8 x 2.8 metres and with a 0.90 to 1.55 metres depth which invites to take a refreshing dip.

Just by the pool, you will find 5 sun loungers to sunbathe or disconnect.

You can also organise a fantastic barbecue at the terrace, where you will find a table and chairs under a vine arbour perfect for summer meals! There is a second exterior kitchen which still keeps the wood oven and a fireplace. Inside, the open concep kitchen with dining area is provided with all elements and utensils needed so that you can cook your favourite dishes with the fruits and vegetables just collected from the garden of the property.

When it is time to go to rest, this house offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with views to the patio, three of them with a wardrobe.

On the main floor there is one bedroom with two twin beds, and the rest are located on the first floor, where two bedrooms come with two twin beds each, and the last one offers a double bed.

If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available. The house is about 1.8 km from Costitx where you will find the beasic services like a supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurats, etc.

If you love stars and astronomy, you will be delighted to know that the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca is only 2.2 kmk away.

Although this is a quiet area, it is possible you hear the planes going by.

Located in the centre of Mallorca, the rest of the island is easily reachable: the capital -Palma- or the Tramuntana mountain range are just 40 minutes away by car.
