Outside this beautiful property you will find a shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 12mx4.4m and a depth range between 1m and 2m. You can relax sunbathing in the large garden or if you prefer you can go to the beach which is just a few steps away.
In the apartment you can also relax on the balcony while enjoying the sea views with your companions.
Please note that as this is an apartment, privacy is partial as there are neighbours nearby. Inside there is a spacious living room open to the dining room with AC and Smart TV. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably.
When it's time to sleep, you will be able to use the fantastic bedroom with double bed equipped with AC and TV, and up to two more people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.
A bathroom with shower completes the stay.
The washing machine, iron and ironing board can be used whenever you wish.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war besser als erwartet. Für uns vier waren die Räume großzügig und wir genossen die Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Schlafzimmerbereich. Der Strand war leicht zu Fuß erreichbar und am Nachmittag lud der Pool zum Abkühlen ein.

This place offered great value, the kitchen had all necessary utensils which saved us money on eating out every meal. Extras like a washing machine were very convenient too.
