The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the mediterranean climate.
In it you will find a chlorine swimming pool of 8mx4m and a depth between 0.9m and 1.9m, which is shared with another property.
Next to it, there is an area with sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe.
The terrace also has a barbecue and a porch with a table where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions.
The property is fenced and the privacy is partial. The interior of the single-storey house has everything you need for a well-deserved rest.
The living-dining room is ideal for long evenings, equipped with a standing fan and TV, and is open to the kitchen, which has all the facilities you need to cook great meals.
There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house.
When it's time to sleep, you will find two bedrooms with fan: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
A bathroom with bathtub completes the house.
If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair. This house is located in Cala en Porter, an idyllic area of Menorca that has all the facilities for you to enjoy an independent stay and is surrounded by viewpoints, coves with crystal clear waters and places of interest such as the Necropolis of Cales Coves or the Talayotic settlement of Torralba de'n Salort.

If you go to the port, we recommend you visit the castle of San Felipe and the medieval fortification of La Mola.

Sind spät angekommen, aber alles war bereit für uns. Das Haus hatte eine angenehme Aufteilung, die das Einleben leicht machte. Morgens auf der Veranda bei einer Tasse Kaffee zu sitzen, hat mir sehr gefallen. Außerdem gibt es viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe!

Checked in quickly and found everything tidy. The terrace was a highlight, perfect for evening barbecues with friends. Unlike other places I've stayed, this one really felt homey, especially with those two bedrooms. The staff were very accommodating.

De kamer was gezellig en had een goede indeling voor ons korte verblijf. Genoten van het koken in de goed uitgeruste keuken en relaxen bij het zwembad op zonnige dagen. Zou zeker overwegen terug te komen voor een snel tripje.
