The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the mediterranean climate.
In it you will find a chlorine swimming pool of 8mx4m and a depth between 0.9m and 1.9m, which is shared with another property.
Next to it, there is an area with sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe.
The terrace also has a barbecue and a porch with a table where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions.
The property is fenced and the privacy is partial.
The interior of the single-storey house has everything you need for a well-deserved rest.
The living-dining room is ideal for long evenings, equipped with a standing fan and TV, and is open to the kitchen, which has all the facilities you need to cook great meals.
There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house.
When it's time to sleep, you will find two bedrooms with fan: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
A bathroom with bathtub completes the house.
If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

Zeer goed. Prettig locatie. Geen airconditioning, dat was een min puntje, vooral in juli. De rest was zeer goed.

Location was good and only 10 min walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Very clean villa with all the amenities. Very private Swimming pool area and not overlooked even though sharing with another semi detached villa.
Zona tranquila, cercana a playas y a Maon. Piscina agradable, aunque compartida con vecinos.
