Strolling through its beautiful gardens you will come to a shared chlorine swimming pool with a children's area.
It measures 20x10m and its depth varies between 0.5m and 2m. Once in the flat, you will be able to enjoy a terrace where you can relax in the sun or have something to eat with your family and friends.
Due to its location in a building, the flat has direct neighbours. The interior of the flat is designed for your relaxation.
The living-dining room has AC and TV and is open to the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house.
When it is time to sleep you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
There is also a bathroom with shower.
Please note that there is no cot or highchair. The flat is located in a really privileged enclave, since many points of interest are close by. Thus, the magical villages of Es Mercadal and Fornells, which preserve all the Minorcan essence, are only a few kilometres away.
Both are perfect for wandering among their whitewashed buildings and enjoying the best restaurants where you can enjoy typical dishes of the island's gastronomy.

I appreciated the tranquil environment and the communal pool was wonderful for the children while we lounged on the terrace. The kitchen was well-equipped, and those nearby villages like Es Mercadal offered delightful spots to visit after cooking at home.

The location is relatively fresh as there are many trees (Son Parc) and the AC worked perfectly! We faced very hot days with pleasure. Very nice small apartment, everything very new and nice.In Menorca you are close to everything. Nice beaches very close.
