Charming Río Manzanares is an apartment with capacity for up to 4 people. The apartment has a bedroom equipped with a ceiling fan. In the living room, you will have air conditioning for hot days and heating for cold days, as well as a sofa bed where you can relax while enjoying television. The kitchen area is equipped with a toaster, microwave, refrigerator and ceramic hob, which will allow you to prepare your favorite meals comfortably.

The Almendrales neighborhood belongs to the Carabanchel district. In recent times we have been able to observe a phenomenon in the neighborhood that has turned it into what they call 'the new Soho Madrileño', there are more and more artists who live in the neighborhood and convert their large warehouses or old factories into photography, painting or recording studios.
It is a residential neighborhood with all kinds of services, supermarkets, bars... You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay in the area.
It is perfectly connected to the centre of Madrid, you can take the metro at Abrantes station just 125 metres from the flat.
HOW TO GET THERE
The nearest metro station is Almendrales (line 3)Nearby car parks:- Parking Usera: Open 24 hours.If you come by car, you can park for free around the apartment, check the Madrid City Council website to find out where to go and where to park.

- There are cots for rent available for €30 / stay. Please remember to request it by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
- This accommodation does not accommodate bachelor(ette) parties or similar parties.
