The cosy terrace of this modern, beautiful and cosy apartment is perfect to enjoy a good coffee in the morning while you admire and feel the first sun beams, or a glass of wine in the evening while relaxing at the end of the day. But first, you'd had spent a wonderful morning or afternoon at the beach which only is a few steps away.
Inside, there is a beautiful and practical open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with air conditioning, perfect for relaxing on the sofa while watching TV with Smart TV or reading after preparing and enjoying a delicious meal.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with a shower, where the washing machine is also located.
An iron and ironing board are also available.
Finally, 1 cot, 1 high chair and 1 fan complete the equipment. Colonia de Sant Jordi is one of the best residential areas for those who love the coast, the sea and good restaurants of fresh fish from the area.
Its paradisaical beach of es Port, with crystal-clear water and white sand, is only 130 metres from the apartament.
