A delicious breakfast at the cosy terrace of this apartment will be the best start for your day. Then, you just have to grab your towel and some appetisers and drinks and walk for while till you reach the beach and you spend a great day! Located on the ground floor of this cosy building, this accommodation offers a functional air-conditioned (only cold air) room where you find the kitchen and the living - dining room.

Here you can watch the satellite TV after enjoying the delicious meal cooked on the electric cooktop.

The kitchen has a basic equipment and there is no washing machine or iron.

There are 2 bedrooms with twin beds, closet and AC (only cold air). A baby cot and a high chair are available.

The extra guest can sleep on the sofa bed at the living area.

The bathroom of the house has a bath. Canyamel is a beautiful and quiet residential area belonging to Capdepera, with one of the best beaches in the area and all needed services for an independent stay like supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The golf course is about 7 km away.

Finally we recommend you visit the Caves of Artà and the beautiful Tower of Canyamel. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. During our stay, we loved being so close to the beach where we spent our days lounging in the sun. The little terrace was great for breakfast while planning our adventures. One highlight was visiting the nearby Caves of Artà which made our trip even more memorable!

Three nights spent enjoying this sunny retreat near the coast. Plenty of natural light inside and nice air conditioning when needed. Relaxing on that terrace was my favorite part of each day!

Fünf Nächte hier und die Terrasse war unser Lieblingsplatz. Wir genossen jeden Morgen das Frühstück draußen bevor wir zum Strand gingen, der nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt lag. Der Raum passte gut zu unserer Gruppe und erleichterte allen das Entspannen.
