The true star of this wonderful townhouse is the private chlorine pool -that sizes 7 x 3 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 2 metres-. It invites to cool down after sunbathing by it or at the top terrace.
There is a chill-out area and 6 sunloungers in total.
This terrace is perfect to cook delicious BBQs alfresco and if you wish you can also prepare them at the exterior kitchen end enjoy them right there or at the furnished backyard.
There also is an exterior bathroom with shower by the pool. Thus, the housing is distributed in 3 buildings: the large house, located on the ground floor, and two apartments, one located on a first floor accessible through the stairs next to the pool, and the other in an annex area to the property.

Wir hatten Spaß daran gemeinsam im Essbereich im Freien zu speisen, es war etwas Besonderes zusammen draußen zu kochen! Jedes Schlafzimmer bot ausreichend Raum und Komfort für zwei Personen und das machte unsere Urlaubszeit besonders schön!

Übertrifft meine Vorstellung von einem Stadthaus. Der private Pool war ideal für unsere Gruppe, und wir haben viel Zeit auf der Terrasse genossen. Viele kleine Details machten unseren Aufenthalt angenehm, wie die gut ausgestattete Küche und die bequemen Sofas im Wohnzimmer. Mehrere Bereiche ermöglichten es jedem, sich auszubreiten, was wirklich hilfreich war.

Besser als gedacht für ein Stadthaus. Der private Pool hatte genau die richtige Größe für unsere Gruppe, sodass wir viel Zeit auf der Terrasse verbringen konnten. Viele kleine Details haben unseren Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet, einschließlich einer gut ausgestatteten Küche sowie bequemen Sofas im Wohnzimmer. Die verschiedenen Räume erlaubten jedem genug Freiheit.
