The rural environment of this finca is perfect for those who love the countryside and its peace.
Beautiful fields surround the wonderful stone building and the private chlorine pool that sizes 7 x 4 metres and has water depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.7 metres.
You'll surely enjoy it after sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers available.
Then, you can enjoy a delicious meal at the covered terrace and have a very nice evening while chatting on the sofa at the porch.
The property is not fenced. The house comprises two floors.
When you enter you find a beautiful living room with TV-sat and a DVD player, which is open to the dining area.
Next, there is the Majorcan kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. Please, note that the wood oven and the fireplace cannot be used.
Then, there are two bedrooms, with twin beds, as well as a bathroom with a bath, that complete this floor.
Upstairs you have another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and an independent shower.
The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
And you will find 4 fans, 2 electric radiators, a baby cot and a high-chair available. The finca is located about 6.6 km away from Porreres, an authentic Majorcan town where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. In fact, the gastronomic and enology variety is great in the area.
You will also be very near the most beautiful beaches in the south like sa Ràpita, about 18.5 km away, ses Coveted or es Trenc. There is a hut by the house which is closed. Telephone coverage is only available outside the house. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars. Super ruhige Lage (keine Nachbarn) - 5km vom nächsten Dorf entfernt - umgeben von Feldern.
Das Haus hat soweit alles was benötigt wird und ist weiterhin in dem Zustand wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.
Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage und der Pool wurde mit einem Mittel gesäubert, der die ganze Kleidung (Badehose) gelb verfärbt hat.

Müde von unseren Reisen wurden wir positiv überrascht von diesem charmanten Ort. Am meisten Zeit verbrachte ich im Poolbereich. Er ist groß genug zum Abkühlen nach dem Sonnenbaden auf den Liegen, und ich genoss abendliche Gespräche auf der Veranda mit Blick auf die Felder.

Der Platz war genau richtig für unsere Gruppe von vier Personen. Jedes Schlafzimmer fühlte sich privat genug an und zwei Badezimmer waren nach einem langen Tag des Erkundens sehr praktisch.
