There are 3 bedrooms to rest, all with a double bed, a closet and an en-suite bathroom, two of them with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Two of them are on the ground floor and the last one on the first floor, and it also has AC and exit to the terrace where you can also relax or have a drink in the evening.

Two fans, a cot and a high chair are also available on request.

The house offers oil central heating. This chalet is located in the residential area of Son Serra de Marina.

It si a little fisher village with more affluence of tourists and locals in the summer.

You will find the basic services like some restaurants and shops.

You will have to go to Can Picafort for anything else.

The nearby beach presents rocks, coarse-grained sand and shallow crystalline waters, with a great family atmosphere.
