The villa disposes of two furnished terraces, where you can enjoy these delicious meals with your loved ones.

This beautiful villa is fenced and has no direct neighbors. The house has two floors.

On the main floor there is a kitchen, where you will find an induction hob; the living room, equipped with a table, TV and a firewood heater; a bedroom with a double bed and a closet; and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is a living room, with air conditioning with heating pump, satellite-TV, DVD, and a CD player.

You can also find two more bedrooms, one of them with a trundle bed and the last one with a double bed, a closet and direct access to the terrace.

The last one bedroom has no privacy, because is connected with this living room.

If you travel with your baby we will provide you a cot and a high chair.

The house offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an iron board as well as 6 electric radiators.

There is also a toilet outside. Maria de la Salut is a cozy town, located at the centre of the island, so is very easy to get to anywhere else in a reasonable time.

There is mainly people from the island living there, so is not full of tourism and you can discover the real Majorca.

You can find anything you need at the village, a supermarket, bars and some restaurants.

Only 15 minutes drive and you will get to the beach of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars.
