This beautiful villa features a private chlorine pool, measuring 8 m x 4 m and with a depth of 2 m, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days.
The plot has several fruit trees producing lemons, apricots, cherries and persimmons, as well as an organic vegetable garden maintained in an environmentally respectful way. There are also hens on the estate, so you can enjoy fresh eggs in the morning, and a friendly cat lives on the property, adding to the peaceful and natural atmosphere of the place.
You can relax on one of the 6 sun loungers or prepare a barbecue if you wish.
The house has two furnished terraces where you can enjoy lunches and dinners with your loved ones.
This lovely estate is fenced and has no direct neighbours. The house has two floors.
On the main floor there is a kitchen, where you will find an induction hob; the living room, equipped with a table, TV and a firewood heater; a bedroom with a double bed and a closet; and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a living room, with air conditioning with heating pump, satellite-TV, DVD, and a CD player.
You can also find two more bedrooms, one of them with a trundle bed and the last one with a double bed, a closet and direct access to the terrace.
The last one bedroom has no privacy, because is connected with this living room.
If you travel with your baby we will provide you a cot and a high chair.
The house offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an iron board as well as 6 electric radiators.
There is also a toilet outside. Maria de la Salut is a cozy town, located at the centre of the island, so is very easy to get to anywhere else in a reasonable time.
There is mainly people from the island living there, so is not full of tourism and you can discover the real Majorca.
You can find anything you need at the village, a supermarket, bars and some restaurants.
Only 15 minutes drive and you will get to the beach of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars. Distances Beach: 11.6 km - Ca´n Picafort Airport: 56 km - Son Sant Joan Golf course: 24.8 km - Camp de Golf Aucanada Town: 2.5 km - Santa Margalida Train station: 10.3 km - Muro Bus stop: 2.5 km - Plaça de la Vila, Santa Margalida Ferry: 20.5 km - Port d´Alcudia Hospital: 20.8 km - Hospital Comarcal d'Inca Tourist license: ETV/2935 Single Rental Registry: ESFCTU00000701100054533300000000000000000000etv/29357 The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. Es war eine tolle Zeit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Tiere und eine tolle Kommunikation haben alles rund gemacht. Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern ein toller Ort zum entspannen und relaxen. Vielen Dank auch für die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten.
