Located on the ground floor, the apartment offers direct access to a spacious 25 m² terrace, perfect for dining outdoors or relaxing in the sun on one of the three sun loungers.
It also features a covered porch of the same size, furnished with a comfortable sofa that is ideal for reading or enjoying a peaceful nap. Two additional sofas can be found by the outdoor entrance. The apartment is ideal for families or small groups of friends looking to spend their holidays close to the sea. It features an air-conditioned living room and a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, coffee maker, electric oven, gas hob and refrigerator.
There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and beautiful mountain views, and two with two single beds each.
All bedrooms are equipped with fans.
The property also has two bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of which is en suite.
A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. Colònia St. Pere, an old fishing village, offers you a few good restaurants, a tiny supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a small yacht club.
Stroll down the sea promenade, watch the sailing boats and try our excellent wines and dishes in one of the restaurants.
In the zone you will find lots of beaches, the most of them natural areas.
The closest one is the sand/rocky beach of Colònia St. Pere, only 250 meters away from the apartment.
Lots of bays and beaches for every taste and mood are waiting to be explored: Caló dels Ermitans, Cala Toró, Na Clara, Cales de Betlem, Cala Mitjan, Cala Torta, S’Aigua Dolça are just a few beaches (rocky and sandy) in the zone. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Die Fotos im Netz stimmem nicht mit der Realität überein.Das Haus ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Der Putz fällt in einigen Räümen von der Wand, da Feuchtigkeit im Haus ist. Das zweite Bad ist nur von der Terasse aus erreichbar. Der Garten ist ungepflegt. Der Grill ist einen Zumutung. Schön ist was anderes!

Et dejligt byhus med fin terrasse og have. Alt hvad vi behøvede for to ugers ferie var huset. Tæt på butik, tæt på havet. Alt meget fint.
