There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms so it is ideal for families or groups of friends.
On the ground floor, you will find one of them with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with bathtub.
Going upstairs, you will find another bathroom with bathtub and 3 other bedrooms: one with double bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the terrace and two with two single beds.

At 3 km from the house you will find Inca, a village in the centre of the island, quiet and with shops where you can find everything you need for your stay, such as supermarkets, bars, Mallorcan restaurants, shops, bakeries and its well-known market every Thursday, which has been held for more than 7 centuries.
The most interesting places to visit are its three churches, dating back to the 13th century, its monastery of San Bartolomé or the hermitage of Santa Magdalena, located on the top of a small mountain declared of natural interest, which is also an excellent viewpoint over the whole island.
The nearest beaches are in Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença, which are half an hour's drive away.

Von außen betrachtet macht das Objekt einen guten Eindruck. Bei dem erstem Kontakt mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ist davon nichts mehr übrig. Diese waren schmutzig, schmuddelig, ekelerregend. Bei dem Kontakt mit der Dame von der Agentur gab diese sich nicht sonderlich beeindruckt über unsere Beschwerde. Es handelt sich bei dem Schmutz wohl um einen Dauerzustand.
