You will find a barbecue and a table with chairs under the porch so that you can enjoy your evenings alfresco. The finca is completely fenced and has a huge garden area with lawn, plants and trees.

There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms so it is ideal for families or groups of friends.

We can prepare a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby. At 3 km from the house you will find Inca, a village in the centre of the island, quiet and with shops where you can find everything you need for your stay, such as supermarkets, bars, Mallorcan restaurants, shops, bakeries and its well-known market every Thursday, which has been held for more than 7 centuries.
The most interesting places to visit are its three churches, dating back to the 13th century, its monastery of San Bartolomé or the hermitage of Santa Magdalena, located on the top of a small mountain declared of natural interest, which is also an excellent viewpoint over the whole island.
The nearest beaches are in Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença, which are half an hour's drive away. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. It has a lot of privacy, a nice garden and big swimming pool. It is well situated near Inca. The house itself is big enough for one familiy. The kitchen could use some upgrading, with sharper knives, more pans, bowls etc. Also the house wasn't very clean when we arrived.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to Inca. Air Conditioners worked perfectly! We particularly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having early evening drinks on the outside patio area.
