The flat is on the third floor with lift and has a small terrace overlooking the urbanisation.
A storage room with outdoor shower belongs to the flat, very practical to wash off the sand after a long day at the beach or to store the children's beach toys.
The flat is simply but comfortably furnished, offering a living-dining room equipped with a ceiling fan, a kitchen equipped with a gas hob and some utensils (kettle on request).
You can choose between three bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two with two single beds (90x180).
All bedrooms are equipped with fan and wardrobe.
Apart from the en-suite bathroom there is another bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
If you are travelling with a baby, we provide a cot and a highchair.
The fine sandy beach is only 150 metres away and is characterised by a quiet, family atmosphere.
There is a promenade where you can take long walks and stop for a coffee or an ice cream.
In Playa de Piles there are supermarkets, restaurants, playgrounds and everything you need for an independent holiday.
The city of Gandia with its beautiful old town is 10 km away and the golf course of Oliva Nova is 12.5 km from the flat.

Situación del apartamento bien, poca limpieza, la cocina vieja, sartenes que no se pueden utilizar, llevaban meses sin fregarse, la nevera hace mucho hielo y apenas enfría.

Está justo en la primera línea de la playa, El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas, Es muy confortable y hay una brisa maravillosa, Tiene 2 baños, lo cual se agradece, ascensor y un gran balcón, El piso es bastante amplio y nos ha encantado, No necesitas nada más, solo tres cosas pequeñas para ser perfecto!

Es liegt direkt an der ersten Strandlinie. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was Sie brauchen. Sie ist sehr komfortabel und es weht eine wunderbare Brise. Sie verfügt über 2 Badezimmer, was sehr geschätzt wird, einen Aufzug und einen großen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist recht geräumig und hat sich sehr gefreut: Mehr braucht es nicht, nur drei kleine Dinge, um perfekt zu sein!
