In this incredible and well-kept villa your vacation will be unforgettable.
Its chlorine pool of 10*5 m and 1 to 1.70 m depth, with exterior shower, is surrounded by fantastic sun loungers to sunbather and different gardened areas with lawn.
Surrounding the country house, you can find different fruit trees and, depending on the season, you will be able to collect plums, almonds and carob beans.
In one porch with barbecue next to the pool you can enjoy a pleasant evening accompanied of a tasty barbecue and a glass of wine.
The property is totally private and there are no direct neighbours. This house distributes its spacious rooms on two floors.
On the ground floor, in the same space, you will find the living room, where you can relax watching satellite TV or listening to music, the dining area and the vitro-ceramic kitchen, with direct access to the outside porch.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, another bedroom with two single beds, a second bathroom with shower and an unfurnished terrace.

La villa est très au calme et à proximité des places du parc naturel de Mondrago.
La villa est propre et très bien équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses.
L’extérieur est très bien entretenu et les palmiers sont magnifiques.

Villa spacieuse, très propre et très bien équipée. Elle est idéalement située entre Santanyi, de la cala d’or et à proximité des plages du parc naturel de Mondrago.
Le parc extérieur est très bien entretenu et les palmiers sont magnifiques.
