It includes a fantastic private chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 5 metres and has a water depth that goes from 0.7 to 2.1 metres.
You will find 4 sunloungers around to bask in the sun. Some steps down you find a great porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue.
You will also have a tennis table to spend an entertained evening.
The property is fenced and you will have total privacy. The two storey house welcomes you in a beautiful living room which is equipped with a TV-sat and a CD player and it's open to the dining kitchen where you can cook your best recipes on the gas cooktop and then organise a good banquet.
The laundry offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
A bathroom with a bathtub completes this main floor.
On the first floor, you will find another bathroom with a bath and the three bedrooms, the three of them with a fan and closet.
One features a double bed, another has twin beds and the last one presents a single bed. A baby cot and a high-chair also are available. This villa is located only 2.2 km away from Campanet, a beautiful toen at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range.

Arrived late but the living space was inviting right away. The layout worked well for us, we had dinner by the pool and loved playing table tennis after. Bedrooms were comfy with fans that kept us cool through the night.

Had behoefte aan een pauze en ontdekte dat het zwembad precies was wat ik nodig had! Genoot van loungen op de ligbedden en het bereiden van een BBQ in de avonden. Ook was de woonkamer gezellig voor onze groep hangouts.

Wir hatten hier eine angenehme Zeit. Der private Pool fühlte sich wie ein kleines Paradies für zwei an. Außerdem erleichterte die Küche das gemeinsame Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten.
