Nice and comfortable recent single-storey house, independent, located in the Tarn Valley, at 300m from the center of the village and at 100m from the Tarn River (7 km of navigable river offering all the pleasures of water activities: fishing, swimming, canoeing, paddling ...).
A supervised beach at an easy walking distance (100m) – Discover the many heritage and touristic sites and monuments the area has to offer (Millau Viaduct, Roquefort Caves, Gorges du Tarn, etc.) Our house offers: an open kitchen / living room (with microwave, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, sofa bed as an extra bed) - 2 bedrooms (1 double bedded and one with 2 bunk beds) – a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine - separate toilets – a large semi-covered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue) – a small luggage room - electric heating – surrounding private park with trees 2500m2 (table tennis, swing) - fishing equipment.
