With your feet in the water, you will be located just above Lake Annecy.

20 minutes from Annecy's old town and 20 minutes from the Bout du Lac national nature reserve, you can find something to suit you between the old town and nature walks.


From the terrace, you can see the Château de Duingt with an unobstructed view of the lake.


Around the flat, you'll find a bakery, a Spar, a bike shop and a small restaurant just down the road from the flat.

Located 25 minutes from Semnoz for winter sports resorts as well as a 5-minute hike from Taillefer for young and old.


On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine) with dining table, a small living room and the terrace on which you can admire the sunset.


The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed.


You will also find a bathroom with bath and toilet.
