The recent forest fires did not affect the Valériane holiday home, which is ready to welcome you. The immediate surroundings have also been preserved, and the first visible signs of the fires are several hundred meters away.
The ocean beach at Grand-Crohot remains closed due to fire damage in the forest, but other beaches (Truc-Vert, Horizon, etc.) are open. We invite you to stay in our renovated family home, perfect for a relaxing holiday between ocean, forest, and bay. Located in a peaceful spot at the end of the garden, this single-story 110 m² house sits at the entrance to the Cap Ferret peninsula, just minutes from the Atlantic beaches and the Arcachon Bay. The house features a bright living room with a workspace, an open kitchen, and a dining area.
There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x190), plus a folding extra bed suitable for a child or teenager.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate. Outside, you can enjoy a fenced 1,500 m² garden and a 50 m² covered terrace with tables, chairs, armchairs, a hammock, and a charcoal barbecue.
A private driveway allows parking for several cars. Included services: bath and beach towels, high chair, travel cot, baby lounger, booster seat. Nearby: Grand Crohot beach (10 min by car), Arès and Lège-Cap-Ferret nature reserve (1 km), cycle path (300 m), oyster villages (Arès 4 km, Andernos 10 km). Local shops within walking distance, supermarkets 5 min by car. Book your stay and experience the best of Cap Ferret!

Wir hatten in diesem schönen und sehr großen Haus eine tolle Zeit. Auch die Terrasse war wunderbar!! Bei Außentemperaturen von über 30 Grad, war es im Haus herrlich kühl.Wir empfehlen den Strand Truc Vert: nahes Parken am Strand und Holzplanken über die Dünen und dann herrliche , bewachte, Wellenbäder.Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen und geben 10 von 10 Punkten!
