Here you live next door to sea eagles and seals, surrounded by the endless horizon of the sea. The archipelago house is newly built and perfectly adapted for nature lovers who value sustainability and simplicity. The house covers 43 sqm plus a 10 sqm loft and has an open floor plan with plenty of windows that let in plenty of light.
The interior is rustic with modern touches, and all energy comes from solar panels.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and hob, and water is stored in cans. Outside, you can enjoy breakfast on the rocks, whatever the wind direction.
Evenings are magical with sunsets from the veranda and minimal boat traffic.
A spacious sauna awaits you at dusk, complete with the option to wash with heated rainwater. The area offers great opportunities for rowing and kayaking.
For the fishing enthusiast, there are chances to catch both perch and sea trout depending on the season.

Urban ist ein sehr angenehmer freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.
In der nähe gibt es einen Bereich was sich sehr gut zum Angeln anbietet. Massenweise Hechte, Zander- und Seeforellen.
Die Insel ist Wünderschön, die charmante Hütte ist sehr sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet.
Ebenso iat die Sauna, Dusche- und WC sehr praktisch gebaut und zu handhaben.

Vi kände oss väldigt välkomna. Vi mötas av en handskriven lapp och lite somriga snacks. Dialogen dessförinnan var båda trevlig och öppen.
Stugan och läget överträffade allas förväntningar!
Den noga utvalda inredningen och den fantastiska bastun.
Mycket charmig stuga med ett oslagbart naturnära läge....

Urban antwortet innerhalb kürzester Zeit und war jederzeit mit Rat und Tat für uns erreichbar.
Einfach unglaublich schön! Sehr einfacher Komfort, es funktioniert aber alles einwandfrei und die Betten, Kissen und Decken sind super bequem.
