LA Nestled in the heart of Provençal villages, between the sea and lakes.
This splendid Provençal farmhouse, built in 1973 and completely renovated in 2025 with modern, high-quality materials, will enchant you with its charm and elegance. The property is located near the center of the pretty Provençal village of Figanières, a five-minute drive or 30-minute walk away.
The location is ideal for visiting the sea and the Verdon: the sun, the markets, the vineyards, the olive oil, the ancient fountains... Figanières is a lively village with less than 3,000 inhabitants, located in the heart of the Var region at an altitude of 314 meters, 35 minutes from the sea (Saint Aygulf, Les Issambres, Sainte Maxime, St Tropez), close to the Gorges du Verdon and the Southern Alps, southwest of the Gorges de Pennafort, and southeast of the Gorges de Châteaudouble.
Very close to Draguignan (to the northeast), Figanières is served by roads connecting it to the A8 motorway (Nice, Toulon-Hyères, and Marseille airports) and the Draguignan – Les Arcs TGV station. It has all the necessary amenities and shops, including a pharmacy and doctors.
For hypermarket lovers, Draguignan is 5 minutes away... The market is held in the village center every Tuesday morning.
We have superb mountain biking and hiking trails on site and, of course, prestigious vineyards producing red and rosé wines in particular.
You can bring back some local olive oil from your stay, which you can discover in our mills: there's no doubt about its origin! Some well-known tourist sites: * The beaches of Sainte Maxime and Les Issambres are 40 minutes away * The Verdon Gorge and Lake Sainte Croix are 45 minutes away * Grasse and its perfumes are 50 minutes away * Nice and the Promenade des Anglais, the flower market and the old town, 1 hour away * Saint Tropez is 50 minutes away, if you leave early! ACCOMMODATION: The house has three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. A large, bright living room with a fireplace and a large ceiling fan opens onto a large, fully equipped kitchen, both of which overlook the terraces. The house also has a patio, ideal for meals or relaxing. The pool measures 3.15 m x 3.15 m and is 1.40 m deep, with a submerged bench along one side.

You will be enchanted by this magical place and this magnificent, tastefully renovated country house. You can bring your bikes to explore the surrounding area and store them in a locked space. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 9:30 a.m. You will need to pay €220 for laundry and cleaning. The surrounding area: The Var region offers many sporting activities not far from the house: - There are many hiking trails starting from the villa. - The Var also offers many trails for road bikes and mountain bikes. A 44 km European cycle route between FLAYOSC and SILLANS LA CASCADE is dedicated to bicycles. - The Verdon is not far away for via ferrata, canyoning, canoeing, paddleboarding, bungee jumping, and more. - The sea is just 30 minutes away, where you can go diving, snorkeling, paddleboarding, rent a boat, and more. If you're not into sports, the calm and unspoiled beauty of the house's garden and the region in general will allow you to enjoy a dream vacation.
