This modern cottage, located in a very quiet hamlet, offers all the comforts you need for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.
Pets are welcome, and a small enclosed garden of approximately 100 m² allows you to enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy, with a lovely open view of a field and a small wood.
Built in 2024, this modern, practical, and easy-to-live-in, single-story house features: - A bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with television, and a large bay window opening onto a wooden terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. - Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190 cm). - A bathroom with a large shower and vanity unit. - Separate WC Activities and leisure activities nearby: The house's location is ideal for exploring the region.
Nearby, you'll find several must-see tourist attractions: The Boissière du Doré Zoo is just 2.5 km away.
Clisson, with its magnificent castle and the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise river, is 27 minutes away, as is the annual HELLFEST festival.
Nantes and its iconic sites, such as the Machines de l'île, are 30 minutes away.
The picturesque Trentemoult district and Champtoceaux, with its superb panoramic views of the Loire River, are 10 minutes away.
