Fantastic 4 bedroom apartment on the beachfront with spectacular views of the sea. The Guardamar apartment is a modern and tastefully decorated apartment.
It has 115 m2 of surface, 2 full bathrooms and a large fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation has 2 rooms with a double bed, 1 triple room with a bunk bed and another room with a single room. Guardamar apartment has 2 beautifull terraces with frontal views of the sea from where you can even hear the sound of the waves of the sea. Guardamar is a beautiful urbanization in Miami Playa with large gardens and a large community pool.
The complex has direct access to the beach and is located approximately 1 km from the center of Miami Playa. The apartment offers parking but it is not private, guests can park only if there is free parking space in the residence. A beautiful apartment for large families wanting to enjoy the sun, the beach and the sea. Additional information : Community pool with children's pool Mandatory services to be paid on-site: .
