Small cottage nestled in the heart of a hamlet, ideal for a peaceful stay, access to a private non adjoining garden, with mountain views, the river is just below. At the foot of the Vercors, in the heart of the Quint valley, 500 m altitude. Hiking, rivers, relaxation, nature, biking - it's all here, and all amenities 13km away (town of Die).

One bedroom with a 160cm bed and a small bedroom with a 90cm bed, partly separated by a soundproof curtain. A staircase gives access to the living area, then another to the bedrooms and bathroom. 2 toilets are available.

There is no 4G and 3G is weak, but Ethernet cable for smartphone or computer is available. One parking space is available on the property. Pets, smokers and event celebrations are not allowed. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available.
