-Garden level: 3 bedrooms, one of which has a shower room, 1 bathroom, 1 TV lounge: all rooms have a lake view and open onto a large wooden terrace and 2000 m² private garden.


Note that each bedroom can be configured as 2 single beds / 1 double bed, making it suitable for couples, children or singles.


In the garden you can take a siesta in the shade of the plane tree, prepare your meals on the plancha or on the barbecue (wood) while enjoying a drink.



Numerous activities within walking distance: beach, tennis, water sports (sailing club, boat hire, paddle boards, kayaks, pedalos).


Mountain walks around the lake: Mont Veyrier, which dominates the village and offers a magnificent view of the lake and Mont Blanc, Roc de Chère, La Tournette...

The village and its shops (bakery, grocery shop, pharmacy, florist, newspapers) are a 5-minute walk away, with a supermarket and other shops a 5-minute drive away in Chavoire or in the village of Menthon St Bernard, which can also be reached by bike along a small road.
