Upon entering, you will discover a pleasant living area overlooking the garden, perfect for sharing moments with family or friends.
The tastefully decorated living room invites you to relax, while the 12 m² terrace equipped with an outdoor table and a barbecue will allow you to enjoy delicious meals al fresco, either in the shade of the pergola or under the Breton sun. The separate kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle... Everything is provided for cooking with pleasure and simplicity. The sleeping quarters are spread over two floors.
On the first floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms: the first with two single beds (80x200), ideal for children or friends, and the second with a Queen Size bed (160x200). The second floor houses a spacious bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200), nestled under the eaves for a cozy atmosphere. A wonderful surprise also awaits you on the second floor: a private cinema room with a projector and sofas, for unforgettable movie nights after a day at the beach or exploring. The house has two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower, washing machine, dryer, and separate toilet; and another on the first floor with a shower and also a separate toilet.
For added comfort, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are available in the house.
You will also have space to securely store 4 bicycles.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but you will find free parking spaces on the street in front of the house.
