Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My flight arrived early and I was able to check in early and staff even helped with my bags. The location is good an convenient if you’re flying in or out of Heathrow.

Don’t recommend at all! You don’t have an option to set your temperature, I have asked at reception for 4 times to rise the temperature and they did it only once for 20-30 minutes, I have wake up everyday due to the cold temperatures and I left with flu because of this,everything is very small,bathr...
