The house with its large patio is located directly on the sandy beach of Sant'Elmo.
Only a short walk through the wild maquis separates the characterful villa from the beach, where you can enjoy snorkeling and swimming. By the way: there are many more dream beaches to the north and south of Sant'Elmo.
