The apartment is all on one level (ground floor), with access to a partially sheltered garden equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.
The living area features a double sofa bed and a built-in kitchenette with gas burners.
The bedroom has a French bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and bidet. Indoor amenities: refrigerator, gas burners, hairdryer, toaster, fan, air conditioning Outdoor amenities: private parking space, furnished garden Important Notes: No parties for guests under 21! Time to grow up a little! Pets are not allowed. Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM Check-out: by 9:00 AM Arrivals after 8:00 PM will incur a €50 extra charge. Mandatory security deposit: €150. It will be refunded a few days after the end of your stay.
Payment can be made in cash (if leaving after 3:00 PM) or by bank transfer. Bed and bath linen: Double set: €40 (also for single use) Single set: €20 Linen must be requested within 7 days of arrival – it cannot be booked on-site.
