The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the owner's residential building and is situated on an approx. 3,000 sqm fenced waterfront property. Miscellaneous The holiday apartment is located directly on the Großer Priepert See (Great Priepert Lake), on the edge of the village of Priepert, situated in the heart of the Mecklenburg-Brandenburg Lake District.

The former fisherman's farm is an ideal starting point for hikes through nature, cycling tours through extensive deciduous and coniferous forests, as well as for motorboat or paddling tours along the Havel river or on the 7 lakes of the municipality.

For passionate anglers, pike and zander are available right on your doorstep. "All-inclusive" with the holiday apartment are a paddleboat, bicycles, sun loungers, garden furniture for the seating area, a garden grill, parking for car and boat, a boat, swimming, and fishing jetty, a sunbathing lawn, as well as laundry service (bed linen/towels) and final cleaning. Old trees (elms), a refreshing morning swim in the lake with direct lake access, direct boarding of your boat, a glass of wine at sunset, and experiencing the diverse events in the village will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. Due to its location on the edge of the village and by the lake, evening tranquility is guaranteed.

Gastronomy and shopping facilities, boat and raft rentals, and the swimming beach are within walking distance in the village. Arrival can be made by car via the A 10 and B 96 or the A 24 and B 122.

Arrival by train is also convenient with the RB 5 from Berlin to Fürstenberg and then by taxi or the in-house shuttle service (advance booking required).

For those who prefer a romantic journey, arrival by boat is also possible, from Berlin via the Havel, from Neustrelitz via the Kammerkanal, and from Hamburg via the Müritz-Havel waterway, always with the destination "Priepert".
