Brand new apartment for vacation rental in Vieste up to 4 beds, in complex of vacation homes located in a panoramic position with sea view on Pizzomunno beach, from which they are about 1.4 km away.
The vacation home is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, internet, hair dryer, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave.
In the shared garden between the apartments there is a barbecue wood-burning oven, hot tub with sun canopies, outdoor shower, and parking spaces.
Vacation apartment in Vieste up to 4 beds The apartment is located in a complex of vacation homes with large, fully fenced outdoor space, where there are and available in common for guests barbecue and wood-burning oven, covered parking spaces, automatic gate.
On the upper floor reside the owners. The vacation home is cozy and finished.
The entrance is into a large living room with open kitchen, dining room and double sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom.
The house is completed by 2 shower rooms and a small veranda.

The town center is just 1 km away, while Castello Beach, famous for the Pizzomunno monolith, is about 1.4 km away.
Vieste is among the most popular vacation destinations in Puglia` s Gargano area, renowned for its natural beauty and seaside resorts with long, equipped beaches and beautiful stretches of rocky coastline overlooking the sea. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Shared hot tub available from May to September with non-heatable water (only ambient temperature).

Très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire - Appartement soigné avec une belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir se garer dans l'enceinte de la propriété.Il manque cependant un peu de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un merveilleux séjour hélas trop court
