Apartment located on the edge of the 'Gnitz' nature reserve in a thatched-roof house.
Directly on the reed belt of the Achterwasser with a beautiful view of it. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4-6 people.
There is also a large living room with an integrated modern kitchenette and a large dining area. Bathroom with tub, terrace, large grounds, and parking space.
On the same property, there is an equivalent apartment with "only" 2 bedrooms; please inquire if interested. The holiday resort of Lütow is located on the charming 'Gnitz' peninsula on the Achterwasser, about 7km from the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz.
Various hiking trails, small beach sections, and the amazing flora and fauna in the nature reserve invite you to visit the area around the Achterwasser. The Baltic Sea beaches in the surrounding area can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. An indoor swimming pool with a restaurant is located very close to the holiday house (approx. 5 minutes on foot).
