Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Elliot Street, is just a 4-minutes walk. Liverpool John Lennon is an 24-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

Both rooms are tastefully decorated, and the beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Fabulous property. Great location in Georgian Quarter, between both cathedrals. Only 15min walk to Bold Street (restaurants, bars). 20min to Liverpool One. Communication from owner was also very good. Highly recommended.
