I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.
We are about a few minutes away from Buses 207, which goes to Shepherd's Bush, and 218 and 306, which go to Hammersmith.
The nearest bus stop, Larden Road Factory Quarter, is just a 5-minute walk.
London Heathrow Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

We loved the stay in London. The apartment was as described and the host was very responsive. The house has many amenities ready to use. Location was easy to get to, with Tesco and some restaurants nearby.
The host also went the extra way to let us us stay a bit longer past the check out time when we needed it.

We were very happy with the accommodation which was exactly as described, the area felt safe with some nice restaurants, pubs and coffee shops nearby and would definately stay here again on our next visit, the added bonus was free parking at weekends.
