Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The Turnpike Lane metro station is a 20-mins away. London City Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).

There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.

So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.

Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.

Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

Essential cookware and cutlery are provided for your convenience.

A washer and ironing equipment are also available, making it easy to handle your laundry needs. The bedroom features a double bed with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. You'll find all the amenities in the bathroom, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Scaffolding will be set up around the building starting Wednesday, 30th April.

Roof work will occur weekdays from 8:00 AM and Saturdays from 8:30 AM.

The works are expected to last 5 to 6 weeks.
