This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Our 70 sqm house offers a comfortable and convenient stay in a peaceful residential neighbourhood characterised by its tranquillity and greenery, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Second stay at this house, so knew what it was like. Everything was extremely clean, everything just works and it pretty spacious. I recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. The house was beautiful, spacious, very tidy and well maintained with all the necessary equipment. The communication with the host was really good. The environment was peaceful and serene. We will definitely stay there again if we come to Manchester.
