The new Edinburgh Tram extension connects directly to the airport and city centre, making arrivals and departures effortless.
Everything in Leith is walkable and accessible.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day).
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks.
So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at a minimum.
Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Our visit to Edinburgh was so enjoyable because this flat was quiet and comfortable yet we had just a short walk to the Tram stop that took us to the city center. The Shore area is also vibrant and near dining. The parking at the flat is very convenient.

The property was ideal. Had all you required for your stay. Was close to the tramline for getting into the centre of Edinburgh. There was also plenty of places to eat close by

Fabulous accommodation. Perfectly described, very clean and tidy. Easy to access and we were welcomed by Matt who helped us carry our suitcases up the three flights of stairs which is the only downside.
