Villa du Moulin is a superb villa located in Provence on the holiday park Les Demeures du Luc. Les Demeures du Luc is a holiday park with 44 villas and has communal facilities such as a large swimming pool and tennis court.
Guests can make use of the facilities free of charge. Entrance with toilet, access to the living room with television.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences.
From the kitchen you walk outside to the covered terrace, where you can enjoy the food outside.
Also on the covered terrace is a beautiful lounge set. Laundry with washing machine and dryer, extra fridge/freezer, and large garage. There is a master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and double sink. First floor: Two spacious bedrooms with spacious fitted wardrobes.
Both bedrooms have two single beds.
Separate toilet and a second bathroom with bath, shower, and double sink. Outside: over the entire length of the back of the villa is a roof, including a luxurious lounge set and a garden table with chairs.
Private swimming pool with sun beds and mature olive trees make the garden a true paradise.
The pool is open from May - September.
Guests can enjoy sunshine the whole day and relax in the private garden.

Een prachtige, zeer verzorgde villa. Zeer uitgebreide inventaris. Een heerlijk zwembad en meerdere mogelijkheden om buiten te zitten. Veel privacy. Uitstekend verzorgd domein met een gevarieerde beplanting. Kortom: zeker aan te raden.

Ultiem genoten op deze prachtige plek! Wat een fantastische dagen hebben we achter de rug!
Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en ziet er daarnaast warm, prachtig en echt verzorgd uit! De tuin ligt perfect en genoten van het mooie zwembad en uitzicht! De omgeving Is adembenemend mooi en genoten van de wijn uit de wijnhuizen. Kortom: We komen heel graag terug!

In mei hebben wij in dit prachtige vakantiehuis verbleven. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de beheerders en er stond een heerlijke fles wijn in de koelkast.
Het verblijf in het huis was heerlijk en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De rustige ligging aan de rand van het park, en het feit...
