Skiathea Villas are situated in a fabulous raised position of Koumarorachi hill overlooking the brilliant blue sea of Troulos bays on the stunning Greek island of Skiathos. The domination of Skiathian rock building elements along with the minimalistic design style provide the ideal destination for those who seek peace, privacy and relaxation while on vacation. Our luxury accommodation is suitable for everyone who enjoys spending time together with their friends, for couples and families. Special care has been given to the private pool area (50 sqmt) that offers the best views in Skiathos.
It is 1 km far from the sea and 0,5 km far from the central road of Skiathos (easy track road). Each villa within the complex is carefully designed to offer a luxurious, yet relaxed feeling to their guests.
Villa Beta is situated in front of the private pool and consists of two detached luxury suites, each one with its own entrance, with a spacious outdoor common sitting area, boasting an astonishing sea view. The interior is fully furnished and decorated in a relaxed and elegant simplicity, providing you with every comfort you will need, including fully equipped kitchenettes, air conditioned bedrooms, comfortable seating, screened windows, free wifi and much more.
The first suite offers a bedroom with a double bed, a modern kitchenette (with a mini fringe, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave), a bathroom with shower, air-condition, safe deposit box, bathroom amenities, HI-FI stereo, Flat Smart TV. The room area is 30 sqm.
The second suite offers a bedroom with a double bed, a functional kitchenette (with a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave), a bathroom with shower, air-condition, safe deposit box, bathroom amenities, HI-FI stereo, Flat Smart TV. The room area is 30 sqm.
There is a private pool (50 sqm) facing the infinite blue sea. Pool towels are provided.
Villa B have a lovely relaxed, warm ambience. The outside space is wonderful with lush planted gardens and corners of aromatic Mediterranean herbs, vivid coloured bougainvillea's, olive oil and fig and trees. You will really appreciate the hill-side location with incredible sea and mountain views. Surrounded by lovely pines and beautiful lawns and countryside, you will feel on top of the world at our glorious panoramic setting!

We were a party of 2 couples , we each had a villa room each opposite each other consisting of a very well equipped gallery kitchen, bathroom with powerful shower and bedroom. The villa comes with an excellent private pool and a view to die for

Unsere Unterkunft (Villa B) bestand aus zwei Zimmern (unten links und rechts) mit Bad (mit Fenster) und Kitchenette (super ausgestattet) und Klimaanlage. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. TV haben wir nicht benutzt. Ausreichend Schränke, im Bad etwas wenig Ablage.
