Die nette Gastgeberin, die Ausstattung der Wohnung und die ruhige Lage.
Der Parkplatz. Dieser war unmittelbar an einem Haus, bei dem man Angst haben musste, das Holzteile abstürzen und Perspnen oder Auto zu Schaden kommt. Vermieterin ist auf Grund der örtlichen Begebenheiten jedoch froh, ihren Gästen einen Parkplatz anbieten zu können.
