Books and board games (scrabble, cards, triomino...) are available. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, electric chopper, electric whisk, electric citrus squeezer...

The house is ideally located in Plestin-les-Grèves (between the islands of Bréhat and Batz), in a very pleasant environment.
Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities: - Stroll along the Lieue de Grève, a large sandy beach ideal for walking, relaxing or windsurfing. - Visit Roscoff and Batz Island, an enchanting Breton duo combining harbor charm, marine heritage and wild outdoor escapades, a 45-minute drive away. - Hiking on the Sentier des Douaniers (GR34), offering superb views of the sea, the cliffs and the Pink Granite coastline. - Water sports on the Douron, a natural estuary between river and sea - Visit the 7 islands from Perros-Guirec and the charming “côte de Granit Rose”.

Gute Lage, schöner Garten. Küche gut ausgerüstet, gutes WLAN.
Schlechte Betten mit alten Matratzen, alte staubige Möbel, welche innen - wie auch der Boden - zuerst durch uns gereinigt werden mussten. Muffiger Geruch in allen Schlafzimmern, zudem im Erdgeschoss im Zimmer und im Bad feucht-modriger Geruch.
