Welcome to our centrally yet quietly located, non-smoking maisonette apartment, situated above the shopping arcade on Strandstraße. Only a few minutes' walk from the promenade and the main bathing beach.
The apartment has its own entrance and is ideally equipped for 1 to 4 people (+1 baby). Enjoy the comfort of a west-facing terrace and an east-facing balcony, offering both morning and evening sun. The living room on the lower level features a flat-screen TV and invites you to relax with a large dining table, a cozy sofa, and two reading armchairs.
The studio kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and dishwasher. The bathroom with a window offers a large, walk-in shower, as well as a sink and toilet.
Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided for you. Two additional East Frisian sleeping berths in the form of bunk beds are located away from the living area. In the bedroom under the pitched roof, you will find a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a desk, ample wardrobe space, a safe, and also a flat-screen TV. There is an additional small balcony with a North Sea view. A small storage room with a vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board is available for your use. Washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) can be found in the shared laundry room.
Bed linen, beach towels and bags, bathrobes, and towels are included.
We provide a baby cot and high chair free of charge. Shorter stays and discounts are possible during available off-peak periods or upon short-notice requests.

Der erste Eindruck war schon klasse. Helle Wohnung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sah aus wie frisch renoviert. Eine schöne, helle Atmosphäre. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war super, direkt am Übergang zum Strand und zum Ort. Wir haben uns auch mit unserem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und bietet alles, was zu einem Runden Urlaub benötigt wird.
Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war sehr sympathisch.
Dass über ihr Reiseportal 120€ mehr zu zahlen sind, als beim Gastgeber direkt.
120€ Gebühr für die Vermittlung zu verlangen, grenzt an Unverschämtheit.

Eine sehr sauber und gepflegte Wohnung. Die Küche voll ausgestattet, Wohnbereich sehr gemütlich. Kleine Dachterrasse zum verweilen bei schönem Wetter. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, auch mit Hund. Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt an den Dünen und am Strand zur einen Seite, der Ort und die Gastronomie zur anderen Seite. Der Hundestrand ist ein wenig weiter, wie auf den anderen Inseln auch.
