The house consists of several floors arranged along the mountainside and on different levels, with the main floor (70 m²) It features a separate kitchen and dining room, integrated with a living room with a fireplace, which provides access to the upper level and its two spacious bedrooms—offering a variety of possibilities that make it ideal for families or groups of friends to relax.

Located on the mountainside, with views of the city of Las Palmas, it features a barbecue and a year-round swimming pool; pets are welcome (supplement applies)

- The public car park located right off the road is spacious; however, while there is a drop-off area near the property, vehicles cannot reach the property itself—you must walk 50 metres along a path.

The house was as depicted in the ad, and the rooms were clean. The communication with the host was excellent. She answered my questions quickly, and had lots of useful tips on how to get there, for activities in the vicinity, and for longer excursions on the island. We were there in March partly during a storm, so could not fully take advantage of the nice outdoor area / terrace.

Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin war super, insbesondere die Videos zur Anreise…. Ich empfehle dringend, nicht auf das Navi zu hören, wenn man vom Flughafen/Telde kommt sondern über Teror zu fahren…Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Unglücklich ist die Laufzeit der umwälzpumpe morgens und nachmittags jeweils ...
