This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips.
Located on the edge of Nuneaton but close enough to access all ammentities.
A 1 minute walk from a pub / restaurant, with plenty more within a 5 minute drive and a supermarket les than a 1 mile away.
Access is easy, being very close to the A5, M6, M69. Nuneaton is the largest town in Warwickshire and is also on the border of Leicestershire.
The shops and entertainments of Leicester, Coventry and Birmingham are all within easy reach. The space AWAITING PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS. Our house has been newy renovated and extended to a very high standard.
Everything in the place is brand new! The hosue comprises a living room with attached, separate, reading room.
There is a study and a very large and open kitchen, dining area.
A handy utility room houses a washing machine and storage space with a toilet also being available downstairs. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms. 4 spacious doubles, two with en-suites, a singe room and a family bathroom (with noth bath and shower). All linen and towels are provided for each stay. To the rear is a large and welcoming garden with patio.
The front of the house is set back from the road with a large and private driveway for 4 cars. We are located on the edge of Nuneaton with easy access to all ammentities. the railway and bus stations are within 2 miles and Birmimgham and East Midlands are around 30 minutes away. Guest access Access to the hosue is via secure key safe.
